• A 30% deposit is required to secure your spot in the Kite Soul Collective trip.

• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the trip start date.

• Payments can be made in two installments or in full at the time of booking.

• Once the deposit is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all trip details, gear checklist, and preparation guide.

Cancellations by the Guest

• More than 90 days before departure: The deposit is fully refundable (minus processing fees).

• Between 60–90 days before departure: 50% of the deposit is refundable.

• Less than 60 days before departure: The deposit becomes non-refundable, as we’ll have already confirmed logistics, accommodations, and local arrangements.

• Medical exceptions: If cancellation is due to a certified medical condition preventing participation, the deposit may be transferred as credit for a future trip within 12 months from the cancellation date.

Cancellations by Kite Soul Collective

• In the rare case of cancellation by Kite Soul Collective (e.g., unsafe weather conditions, logistical disruptions, or minimum participant requirements not met), you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

• Alternatively, you can choose to transfer your credit to a future edition of the trip.

Changes & Flexibility

We understand plans can shift. We’ll always do our best to accommodate changes such as date transfers or name substitutions (subject to availability and third-party policies).

Any significant change requested less than 30 days before departure may incur a small administrative fee to cover rebooking costs.

Weather & Safety Conditions

We live by the wind — literally. In case of unfavorable weather (no wind or extreme conditions), we’ll adapt the itinerary to include other activities such as surf, yoga, local exploration, or cultural immersion.

Refunds will not apply due to weather-related conditions, as wind and nature are beyond our control.

Insurance & Responsibility

All participants are required to have travel and medical insurance that covers water sports (including kitesurfing).

Kite Soul Collective is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or equipment damage during the trip.

Outstanding Payments

All remaining balances must be settled before the trip start date.

Failure to complete payment on time may result in the forfeiture of your spot without refund.
