Terms & Conditions


General Information

Kite Soul Collective reserves the right to make adjustments to the itinerary or services depending on weather conditions, group dynamics, or equipment availability.

All activities are designed with safety, progression, and connection in mind.


Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be communicated via email or phone.

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total booking.

  • In case of No Show, the entire amount will be charged.

  • A 2.9% charge will apply to any refund processed via credit card.


Refund / Weather Conditions

Kite Soul Collective reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel sessions due to unsafe weather or sea conditions.

If an activity must be canceled for safety reasons, we will do our best to reschedule. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.


Disclaimer

Kite Soul Collective accepts no responsibility for property damage, loss, or bodily injury of any kind.

We are not liable for theft or loss, including items left in accommodations or transport vehicles.

All guests participate at their own risk and are responsible for personal insurance coverage.


Security & Personal Belongings

Although our local team and guides prioritize safety, Kite Soul Collective does not assume responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

Guests are encouraged to keep valuables secure and avoid leaving them unattended.


Rental

If equipment is rented through Kite Soul Collective or a partner, the renter is responsible for verifying its condition before use and for returning it as received.

Any damage or loss must be reported immediately.

If the renter is not able to safely handle the equipment, KSC reserves the right to deny use without refund.


Safety Rules & Equipment Handling

By joining the trip, you confirm that you will:

  • Stay within the designated kite areas and maintain visual contact with the group.

  • Follow guide instructions and respect local safety rules.

  • Avoid riding beyond distances that could not be swum back safely.

Kite Soul Collective and its guides are not obligated to recover lost equipment and are not responsible for damage during transport or rescue operations.


Outstanding Payments

All outstanding balances must be settled on-site at the end of the trip.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Cash

  • Bank transfer (instant payment, +3% fee)

  • Credit card (+5% surcharge for non-Colombian clients)

If payment is delayed:

  • First reminder: 5% late fee after 7 days.

  • Second reminder: Additional notice after 10 days.

  • Third reminder: After 14 days, a 10% monthly interest will be applied.

    If legal collection is required, the guest will cover all associated costs and fees.


Severability Clause

If any clause of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
